This Privacy Policy describes how Equimentum OS ("we," "us," "our," "the platform") handles information for real estate professionals who use the platform ("you," "your account") and the contacts, leads, and clients your account stores.
Your account's data — contacts, leads, sphere-of-influence records, transaction and pipeline details, activity logs, documents, notes, and settings — is stored in a database dedicated to your account, not shared or pooled with any other account.
If you connect your own Google account, Equimentum OS can access Google Drive (to create and share client document folders), Gmail (to send email on your behalf, such as portal links and welcome messages), and Google Calendar (to display your schedule on your dashboard) — strictly to perform the actions you initiate inside the platform. We never access, read, or store this data for any purpose beyond delivering the feature you used it for.
Equimentum OS is built so each account supplies and controls its own third-party credentials (Google, Twilio, and similar services) rather than routing through a shared, centrally-owned connection. Your credentials and the data reachable through them stay tied to your account.
Your contacts, leads, and clients may have their information stored in your account (name, contact information, transaction details) because you entered it as their real estate agent. We act as a data processor on your behalf for this information — you control what's collected and how it's used with the people you work with.
If your clients use a portal link you send them, or opt in to SMS communications you send through the platform, that consent and communication is between you and your client — governed by your own privacy notice to them, not this document. Equimentum OS provides the tools; you remain responsible for how you use them with your clients.
Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure with encryption in transit. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your account's data from unauthorized access.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and its data deleted, contact us using the information below.
We do not sell, rent, or share your account's data or your contacts' data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
